Our product ranges from a variety of frozen Ready-to-Cook pastes to Ready-to-Eat packs and our newly launched Premium non-frozen range. We are always working on introducing new products in our product range. Stay tuned for more!

All Asyura products are made at our central facility - 15 Jalan Tepong, Jurong Food Hub.

Our products can last up to a year if kept frozen. Expiry dates of each product can be found at the back of each pack.

All our products are Halal-certified by Muis.

As our products do not contain any artificial preservatives, do ensure that our products are kept frozen at all times!

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and PayNow.

Deliveries typically take within 3-5 working days. However, do expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.

For delivery orders of $90 above, you will be entitled to a free delivery. Extra charges apply for office deliveries.

All deliveries are double packed in plastic carrier bags, depending on order quantity. Do note that cooler bags are not provided with delivery orders. If you require any, please add an Asyura cooler bag in size S or L to cart!

Your order is confirmed when it shows an order status of “Processing” after delivery has been made. You will then receive a text indicating the date and time upon delivery. In the event that the payment was unsuccessful, please reach out to us via email at enquiry@asyurapaste.com with your Order Number and we will assist you.

Edits and cancellations are not allowed once your purchase has been confirmed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer express or scheduled delivery. However, do consider purchasing our products at a store near you!

Do contact us via email within 10 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason for exchange, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
